The decks are stainable, hard enough to resist abuse, and many brands carry a limited lifetime warranty.  The major drawback to treated wood decks is that they are often full of moisture.  This moisture will release over time and will shrink the decking unevenly.  This is what causes treated wood decks to twist, crack and warp.  You cannot beat pressure treated decks in price, but over time the decks lack in overall appearance.
